The HHS Mandate - It's Not Just About Protecting Our "Consciences"

We recently blogged about the proposed HHS mandate that would require all employers in the United States to offer insurance that covers artificial contraception, including abortifacients.  There’s been a lot of discussion about how this mandate is a threat to religious liberty and conscience–a conclusion which (at least to my mind) is obvious.  But I’ve been bothered by talking about the issue in exclusively those terms.  So when I came across the article here, I exclaimed:  “That’s EXACTLY what I was thinking!”  Check it out.
